William R. '(Bill)' Aaker Obituary

Aaker, William R. (Bill) age 56 of St. Louis Park, passed away peacefully January 13, 2015. A loving husband to Kristine for 30 years and Father who adored his two sons Thomas and Matthew. Also survived by mother Marie, siblings Steve (Becky), Ann (Brian), Karen and Tommy (Fe): loving uncle to many nieces and nephews. Bill's relationships with family and friends were his priority which extended to how he felt about his clients as a financial advisor. We'll miss his BBQ ribs, pulled pork and chili. He especially enjoyed playing his guitar, fishing with his boys at his cabin, watching the Twins play and going on long city bicycle rides. Bill's personality was bigger than life. He will be remembered for his love for his children, of telling family and friend stories and his love of laughing. A celebration of Bill's life will be held on Saturday March 7, 2015, from Noon - 3:00 at Gearty-Delmore Chapel, 3960 Wooddale Ave S., St. Louis Park, 952-926-1615.
