Beddor, William "Bill" Nolan
97, passed away on March 12, 2025 surrounded by his family.
Bill was the third of six children of Frank and Genevieve Beddor, born on September 27th 1927 in Minneapolis Minnesota.
He was a member of the US Marine Corp. Bill and his brother Frank, opened the first self-serve laundromats at the U of M "The Tub". Bill began working for Japs Olson Printing Company in 1947 and became President at 30 years of age. He enjoyed 60 plus years building Japs Olson with his employees and their families.
Bill's life was a testament of his Catholic faith. He loved the Sacraments and receiving the real presence of the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ.
Bill and Bea celebrated 68 years of marriage. He loved our mother, his beloved Beatrice deeply and cherished his time with her throughout the many chapters of their life. They were married on September 16 1948.
He was an incredible Father to his 10 children, Catherine (Beddor) Robin, Brian Beddor, Deborah (Beddor) Roth, Michael Beddor, Sandra Beddor, Kevin Beddor, John Beddor, Mary (Beddor) Meuwissen, Billy Beddor and Patrick Beddor. He was the grandfather, great grandfather and godfather of many who he loved and cherished deeply.
Our parents' greatest gift from God was the birth of our brother Billy Beddor, (dad's namesake born with Down Syndrome 59 years ago).
Bill loved his community and gaining knowledge through participating on many Boards.
Bill had a love of sport. His passion of skiing was legendary and he enjoyed bringing friends and family along on the adventures. He was an avid biker, runner and swimmer which led him into competitive ultra-marathon running and triathlons. 18 years of Competitive Ballroom Dancing completed his sporting career.
Since 2005 Bill has resided in Victoria MN where he felt like "the luckiest person in the world". He was surrounded by the greatest friends where he lived, to the local patrons and business owners, to the parishioners of St Victoria Catholic Church.

Catholic Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday March 25, 2025 at St Victoria Catholic Church, 8228 Victoria Drive, Victoria MN, 55386 (Rosary 10:30 AM) Luncheon to follow.
