Prior Lake - Victoria Caroline Lucio, age 83, member of the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community in Prior Lake, MN. Survived by her children Alan Welch, Brian (Julie) Welch, Annette (Keith) Dellwo, and Carrie Marsyla; grandchildren, Jessica Miller (Nate), Cole Miller (Tiffany), Aubrey Welch, Alison Welch, Kyle Welch, Jozy Brink, Matthew Welch, Rachel Bjornberg (Jack), Hayden Marsyla, Christopher Matta, Brandon Dellwo, Abigail Dellwo, and Carly Dellwo; many great grandchildren, and several great great grandchildren; siblings, Mary Loomis, Joseph Lucio, and Ruth Pacheco; her friend and father of her children, Patrick Welch; special friends, Anthony Harlin, Beto and Marissa Real, and Allene Ross. Preceded by beloved husband James St. Pierre, daughter Mary Jo Miller (and Bill); sisters Leona Larsen (Lyle), Clifford Lucio, Jr. (Jean), Bernice Scheffler (Ray), Frank Lucio (Betty), Susie Reiderman (Dale), Albert Lucio, Josephine Seidl (Gary), John Lucio, and Diane Lucio. Funeral Services will be held at the Lower Sioux Reservation, 38907 Resvn Hwy 101, Morton, MN: Visitation Thursday, 7/10, from 10-11 AM in the Church Hall, with Funeral Service at Saint Cornelia's Episcopal Church at 11:00 AM. Livestream on McNearney-Schmidt Facebook page. Burial will follow service.
