New Brighton, MN - born December 6, 1945, passed away peacefully on December 18, 2025.
Vicki was preceded in death by her parents, Art Atwater and Irma Atwater.
She is survived by her loving daughters, Darcie Anderson and Heidi Borel; her grandchildren, Andrew Lindberg (wife Emily) and Nicole Lindberg; and her cherished great-grandchildren, Aiden, Adrian, Nora, Andrea, and Colt.
Vicki will be remembered for her love of family and the joy she found in time spent with those closest to her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
