Timothy Ackerman Obituary

Ackerman, Dr. Timothy DDS, MD, FACS Sadly left our world on March 9, 2025, at the age of 58, after a life richly lived in service, kindness, and extreme generosity. He is known for being a distinguished oral and maxillofacial surgeon, dedicated naval officer, and fiercely beloved family man. Tim is preceded in death by his parents, Ronald and Laverne Ackerman, and daughter-in-law, Alexandra Ackerman. He is survived by his wife, Laura (Enochson); sons Jeffrey (Erin) and Christopher; brothers Tom (Katie) Ackerman and Steve Ackerman; and a large extended family. A celebration of life will take place on March 20, 2025, at Saint Andrew's Lutheran Church, 900 Stillwater Road, Mahtomedi. 10AM visitation, 11:00 AM service with military honors. Tim and his father both celebrated their birthdays in October, which also is Lewy Body Dementia Awareness Month.
