Plymouth - age 71, died on November 30, 2025, at home with his wife at his side, nine months after a glioblastoma diagnosis. Steve was born August 16, 1954, in Minneapolis, and grew up in Crystal, MN. He was a graduate of Cooper High School and UMD. The majority of his career was spent in corporate relocation with positions at Relocation Realty Service, Corporate Transfer Service, Berger Transfer, Allied International and Relocation Today. In recent years, Steve spent time encouraging entrepreneurs in their endeavors, especially 1 Million Cups and SEGC. Steve's summers were filled with boating, water skiing, car shows, and volunteering at boat races. He was a member of the Ragged Edges ski racing team, along with life-long friends, for over 25 years. He enjoyed watching car races, especially Formula 1 with friends at Fat Pants. Preceded in death by parents, Jaroslav "Jerry" and Edeltraud "Trudy" (Riedl), and grandparents Josef & Anna Vnoucek and Franz & Anna Riedl. Survived by loving wife of 38 years, Susan (McManus), brother Jerry (Linda), sisters-in-law Mary (Frank) Stulock, Michele (Paul) O'Neill, Maureen (Jeff) Brenk, and many nieces, nephews, and friends. The outpouring of love and support from family, friends, neighbors, and caregiver Leslie is deeply appreciated. Steve had a kind spirit, a good sense of humor, and would help people in need. He will be affectionately remembered and greatly missed. Please offer up a prayer and raise a glass as Steve enters eternal life. Mass of Christian Burial was held on Thursday, December 4, at Holy Name of Jesus Church. Final resting place is Glen Haven Memorial Gardens in Crystal, MN.
