Eagan, MN - Sheldon Michael Fraenkel

Age 59, of Eagan, MN passed away on May 14, 2025, following a severe heart attack. Sheldon was a highly skilled and passionate electrician, a trade he learned from his older brother Morris (Mo). He will be remembered for his ready smile, giving spirit, and desire to help others. He grew up in south Minneapolis with many of his siblings.

He leaves behind his loving spouse, Janet, daughter Lisa Plotnick, and nine siblings, many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Russell, Sr. and Lois Fraenkel, his son Tristan, his brothers Donald and Morris, and brother-in-law, Paul Schmitt.

A celebration of his life will take place at the Eagles Club in Bloomington, MN on June 27, 3-7pm. Memorials preferred to UPS Store, 1960 Cliff Lake Road, #129-156, Eagan, MN 55122.
