St. Paul - Passed away peacefully on April 24, 2026 at the age of 99. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, June 12, 2026 at Lyngblomsten Chapel, 1415 Almond Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55108. Visitation will begin at 3:30 p.m., followed by the service at 4:00p.m. Ruthanne's legacy of music, compassion, and service lives on in the many lives she touched. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
