Ruth Virginia Johnson (Wachter) Obituary

Plymouth - age 100, of Plymouth passed away peacefully on Friday, September 26, 2025 with her family at her side.

Survived by her children: Linda Lyons (Pat), JoEllen (Kevin) Libby and Diane (Steve) Kolles; eight grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and three great, great grandchildren; step sisters: Julie Engen, Peggy Johnson and Christy Johnson; other relatives and friends.

Preceded in death by her husband of fifty-one years: Donald "Pete" Johnson, her parents Clarence and Josephine Wachter, brothers Richard and Raymond Wachter, a sister Helen, sisters-in-law Arlene and Verbe, a brother-in-law George Schoen, by a great grandchild Clark and by a son-in-law John Lyons. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday, October 8th 11:00 A.M. at St. Mary of the Lake Catholic Church, 105 Forestview Lane N., in Plymouth, MN. Visitation Wednesday, October 8th AT THE CHURCH one hour prior Mass.

Private interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
