Blaine, MN - Rodney (Rod) Bertek, Sr., 69 of Blaine, Minnesota passed away peacefully on May 5 at home after a courageous battle with bladder cancer. Rod always loved anything to do with sports. He will be remembered for his strength and courage. Rod is preceded in death by his parents, his daughter (Jeni), his fiancee (Heidi Tatro) Rod is survived by his daughter, friends and family. Service is still pending.
