Robert (Bob) Damon Rand, age 74 of Carver, MN, passed away comfortably surrounded by love in his home filled with family and friends on July 16, 2024. He fought a 10-month battle with pancreatic cancer. He is survived by his love, Sheryl; three daughters, Heather (Ken), Leila, and Jessica; daughter-in-law, Kirsten (Jeremy); sister Beth; grandchildren, Kenny (Ashley), Mariah, Jaidyn, Teaghan, Keira, Rustin, Dane, Haezlynn and Elaina; great-grandchild, Eisley. Preceded in death by parents, Arthur and Phyllis; sister and brother-in-law, Elaine and Reed; brother-in-law, David.

Bob retired as a Master Sergeant after 20 years in the US Air Force and then retired as a Regional Service Engineer after 20+ years at Philips. Bob was a man of many talents and interests. At a young age, Bob played guitar in a few bands and continued playing guitar throughout his life. His other main interests included motorcycling, boating, fishing, working with electronics, anything in the garage and traveling. He was a very intelligent man that could figure out just about anything. He was greatly loved and will truly be missed.

Celebration of Life will be held on September 29, 2024, at the Chanhassen American Legion Post 580, Chanhassen, MN, 2 pm through 5 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, https://pancan.org
