Duluth, MN - Robert (Bob) David Graff. 99 years young. Born 3-8-1926 in Minneapolis, MN passed away on April 16, 2025. Raised Catholic and attended Cretin High School in St. Paul where he excelled as a great athlete setting records in track and field. Survived by wife of 50 years, Darlene (Jofs), daughter, Mary Johnson (Robert); sons, James (Jill); Daniel (Diana); Thomas; stepson, Eric Mattson. Many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents, David and Hattie. Robert served in WW2 as a proud Marine. Throughout his lifetime, Bob was an avid pheasant hunter, and enjoyed spending time traveling with Darlene and living in their RV in Florida. A pioneer in the petroleum equipment industry, Robert was a Co-founder of Graffco, Inc. whose products are sold around the world. His drive, work ethic and sense of humor will be greatly missed. They broke the mold after he was born. A small, immediate family-only service was held in Duluth on May 9, 2025 with the National Honor Guard in attendance. A Celebration of his Life will be held July 19, 2025 at The Log House, 23558 Ullysses Street NE in East Bethel, MN 55005 from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. All those who knew and loved Bob are welcome to attend.
