Lakeland, MN - It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Richard Peter Jarosak, Jr., age 63 of Lakeland, MN on Easter Sunday, April 20, 2025, at home, surrounded by his family.

Pete was born in Minneapolis in 1962 and grew up in New Brighton, MN graduating from Irondale High School in 1980. He worked in the manufacturing industry for many years and ended his career working for his brother-in-law, Jim Golden, at Golden's Deli in St. Paul MN. Pete cherished his roles as a husband, father, brother, brother-in-law, and friend. Pete embodied love and strength, kindness, and positivity.

Pete is survived by his wife of 37 years, Susan Jarosak, his two sons, Ben (Sally) and Bryan, his mother, Barbara, sister, Kathy (Rick) Wright and brother Tim (Shannon) Jarosak. His memory is also carried forth by his aunt Karen Anderson, sisters in law, Kathy (Jim) Golden, DeeAnn (Doyle) Fetterer, nieces Berit (Ferran) Golden and Tessa (Marco) Fenu, nephews Will Golden, Nick Osking, Zachary Conover (Heather), Lukas (Tanya) Golden, and Myles Golden. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard Peter Jarosak, Sr.

Pete loved fishing, watching the Twins play, singing to Bruce Springsteen, going on vacations, and spending time with his family, friends and neighbors. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

The family would like to thank Lakeview Hospice for the care provided. A private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated to Feline Rescue.
