Minnetonka, MN - Richard (Dick) Amar, age 90 of Minnetonka, MN passed away June 23, 2026. Dick is survived by his wife of 69 years, Helen; children, Dawn Sutherland (Merle Olson), Vicki Nelson (Jim) and Todd Amar (Glenda). He will be missed by his 7 grandchildren, Meghan Turman (Taylor), Alyssa Bobinger (Brett), Anna Follman (Curt), Zach Nelson (Hannah), Jesse Amar (Genette), Hayley Arnet (Mitch) and Aaron Amar. Dick was also blessed with 14 great grandchildren.

Dick was a successful business owner in the printing industry, founding Dyno Press Print Finishers and later selling the company to his son, Todd, before retiring at the age of 54.

A celebration of life will be held Friday, July 24, 2026 from 1-3 PM at the Avidor, Minnetonka, 12610 Ridgedale Drive.
