Burnsville - of Burnsville, died on June 12 after a long struggle with emphysema. He was born in Winnipeg. Manitoba on February 26, 1960 and emigrated to Minnesota in 1964.
Randy is survived by his parents David and Joanne Allan, sisters Heather Heinen (Paul) and Tamara Allan (Shayne Michels), daughters Alex Martorell (Eric) and Jenna Taylor (Tim), son Nicholas Allan, grandchildren Dakota, Wyatt and Carter and nephews Luke Wallaker (Ashley), Brett Wallaker (Reece) and Josh Mootz.
Randy was a long-time sales rep for Southern Lights in Burnsville and is remembered by his fellow employees as funny, kind and willing to go the extra mile to help out. He will be greatly missed by all.
A Celebration of Life has been held.
