Surprise, Arizona - Quentin lived with his wife Jan in Surprise, AZ and he passed away peacefully on April 10th. He is survived by his Son Dale (Kathy), Grandson Matt (Brian), Grandson Spencer (Dalen) and his Great Grandson Eaden. He is survived by his Daughter Julie and Granddaughter Danielle (Mark). Also survived by his Stepson Charles Shaefer (Gail), Grandson Jeff, Granddaughter Jessica and Stepdaughter Jackie Shaefer. Also survived by his Stepson Michael Mangham, Stepdaughter Melanie Tanaka (Don) and Stepdaughter Melinda Mangham.
