Champlin, MN - Paul Andrew Carter, 39, of Champlin, Minnesota, passed away on January 15, 2026. He was born on January 9, 1987, in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Paul is survived by his parents, Julie and Greg Carter; his brother, Dan Carter (Koree); his sister, Michelle Bremmer (John); his niece, Kamryn; his nephews, Landon, Ben, and Leo; and many family members and friends who knew and loved him.

Paul lived on his own terms—never for straight lines or long stays in one place. He was always drawn to change and adventure, choosing feeling over comfort and living life unfiltered and full. Funny, observant, and unapologetically himself, Paul carried his struggles privately but left warmth and laughter wherever he went.

Paul had a generous soul and gave the gift of life to many others through organ donation, leaving behind a lasting legacy of generosity.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, January 25, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at 10540 Mississippi Blvd, Coon Rapids, MN, 55433.
