Plymouth, MN - Patricia 'Patty' Wolf of Plymouth, MN, passed away on February 2, 2026, at the age of 80. Preceded in death by her parents, Elizabeth and Peter Wolf; brother, Willis Wolf; twin sister, Dory Carriere; sister, Phyllis McLean; Nephews, Billy Wolf and Mike Wolf. Survived by her brother, Herman Wolf, Nieces, Kris (Russ) Meidinger, Lisa (Teyton) Young, Sheila (Rick) Wakup, and her nephew, Russ (Denise) Wolf, her great Nieces and Nephews and many wonderful caregivers and friends. A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 28th from 11am until 2pm at Hammer Residences, 1909 Wayzata Blvd. Wayzata, MN.
