New Brighton - Age 85, passed away Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at Brightondale Senior Campus in New Brighton.

Pat was born on May 24, 1940 in Fargo, ND to Ben and Virginia (Johnson) Podoll. She grew up in Fargo and attended nursing school at the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities. Pat graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and worked as a nurse for the University of Minnesota until she retired in 2004. She was united in marriage to Wayne Haselhorst on June 15, 1968 in Fargo. Pat enjoyed taking photos, gardening, camping, canoeing, cooking, baking, and canning. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and time at their cabin in Two Harbors. Pat was fun loving, joyful, had a great sense of humor, and was always helping others. She was most proud of her children, Todd and Lisa.

Pat is survived by her husband, Wayne Haselhorst of New Brighton; children, Todd (Alisa) Haselhorst of Minneapolis, and Lisa (Mike) Donohoo of Mendota Heights; brother, Darryl Podoll; grandchildren, Patrick, Isaac, and Sam; niece, Anne (Kelly Connole) Haddad; and great nephew and niece, Jasper and Violet Connole. She was preceded in death by her parents; and sister Marjorie Haddad.

Visitation will begin at 10am until time of service at 11am on Friday, January 23, 2026 at Atonement Lutheran Church, 1980 Silver Lake Rd NW, New Brighton.
