Patricia Isabell Ginsbach (Patty) Obituary

Oro Valley, Arizona - Patricia Isabell Ginsbach passed away unexpectedly and peacefully at her home in Oro Valley, AZ on March 19, 2026, two days after her 85th birthday on St. Patty's Day. A Plymouth, MN resident for more than 40 years, Pat's vigor for life was evident in her passion for positivity, care and kindness towards others.

Pat's family, friends and colleagues noted she had such a strong presence about her, and a shining spirit that inspired others. A beautiful and strong-willed woman and role model, she offered boundless love as a mother, grandmother and mother-in-law. Pat had a huge heart with a gift for giving to others and her many friends, and she chose to live her journey through life with joy, happiness and peace.

Pat was a trailblazer in business and real estate, always seeing opportunities and creating new ways. A guiding light for women and a top residential housing sales leader, trainer and mentor for over three decades at Edina Realty and Burnet Realty in the Minneapolis area. Pat's positive approach was evident in her daily life, determined work and efforts. That continued into her retirement years as a top CBD store manager in Tucson, listening and genuinely caring for other's needs.

Pat is survived by three children, Todd (Beth) Ginsbach, Linda (Jake) Wells and Jason Ginsbach along with seven grandchildren she absolutely adored. Her strength and love will live in all of us forever, along with Pat's two living sisters Barbara and Billie and dozens of supportive nieces, nephews and extended family. Patricia was preceded in death by William and Mary Owan, two brothers and three sisters who have been waiting in heaven for her hugs.
