Coon Rapids - 89, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, passed away on January 5, 2026. Nadine was born on August 19, 1936, to Ed and Helma Eggers in Stickney SD, and grew up on the family farm in Sauk Centre, Mn. After graduating from the Minnesota School of Business in 1954, Nadine worked in Minneapolis and Seattle before marrying Richard Lovik on June 21, 1958. Together, they shared 68 years of marriage, building a life and raising their family in Coon Rapids. She is survived by her husband, Richard; three children: Jeff Lovik, Tom Lovik, and Cindy (Jim) Herdman; seven grandchildren: Erin (Rob) Lust, Traci (Ryan) Stoa, Jake Lovik, Abby Cassidy, Henry Lovik, Ava Lovik, Louis Lovik; 4 great-grandchildren, Greyson Stoa and Max Stoa, G and Elsie Lust; two brothers: Doug (Linda) and Gale Eggers. Nadine was preceded in death by her parents, Ed and Helma (Tschirley) Eggers; brother: Don Eggers; sister: Ruth Voss (Eggers); and daughter-in-law Kathryn Lovik (Hammagren). Nadine's life was a beautiful testament to love, kindness, and compassion. She will be remembered for her gentle spirit and the quiet, steady warmth she brought to her family and friends. Funeral will be held on January 17th at Grace Lutheran Church in Andover. Visitation with the family will begin at 10am, followed by a service at 11am.
