Bloomington, MN - Michael Paul Farnell, 74, of Bloomington, passed away peacefully 12/28/2025.
Mike was born 11/15/1951 to Robert and Iris Farnell in Bloomington. He graduated from Lincoln High School in 1969 where he made many lifelong friends. A respected jeweler, Mike owned and operated The Jewelry Factory for over 30 years. Mike enjoyed card nights with friends, golfing, bowling, and socializing at David Fong's Restaurant. He spent many years volunteering with the Lions Club and helping drive for the blind.
Mike was well loved by his family and friends. He is survived by his children Brianna (Troy) Nelson and Shane Farnell; Grandchild Owen Nelson; Siblings Jeff (Lynette) Farnell, Nancy Stroth and Jill Maples; 17 nieces and nephews, and many lifelong friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Iris Farnell.
