St. Louis Park - Age 84, of St. Louis Park, passed away 19 Sep 2025. Preceded in death by grandson, Jacob Mesick; daughter, Amy Samuelson James. Survived by wife of 65 years, Diane; daughter, Lisa Mesick (Peter); son, Daniel Friedman-Shedlov (Lara); and grandchildren, Joseph Samuelson, Emily Samuelson, Joshua Mesick, Caleb Mesick. Retired after 43 years at Rosemount Aerospace. Participating in his children's and grandchildren's activities was his greatest joy. Private family services. Memorials preferred to the American Diabetes Association or Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF).
