We honor a truly remarkable man, Mark our brother. Mark was a gentle person and he loved all animals; especially dogs. He served his country in the U.S. Army, and when he returned home he served the people of Minnesota as a Community Officer, and then for several decades as a revered member of the St. Paul Police Department. He especially appreciated his time as a canine officer working with his special dog "Alex". Mark was a pillar of strength, compassion and quiet generosity. He had a beautiful sense of humor and had a rare gift of making everyone around him feel valued and heard. We were the lucky one's to have him as a brother in our lives. His life was cut abruptly short. Mark, you are forever cherished, forever missed, and forever loved. Your spirit will live with us forever.
