Mpls, MN - It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Maria Alejandra Caruso (Torres), who departed peacefully on December 8, 2025, at the age of 56. Maria was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend.

Maria was born on 1969, in Chicago, IL. She graduated from The University of Iowa and pursued a career in banking. She and her husband settled in a home in Minneapolis, MN and had two wonderful children. She enjoyed baking and cooking for her family especially during Thanksgiving holidays.

Maria is survived by her loving family, husband Joseph and children Maximilian and Josephine. Also by her parents, Alicia and Oscar and siblings, Marlen, Alicia, Rosalva, Benilde and Oscar Jr.

Maria was known for her kindness, generosity, and joyful spirit, warm smile and compassionate nature.

We will forever hold Maria Alejandra in our hearts and cherish the wonderful memories she left behind. May she rest in peace.
