Lilydale, MN - Margaret Agnes "Peg" (Robertson) Hunt. Age 92 of Lilydale, MN. Born January 2, 1934, in Warren, MN and died surrounded by her family on January 4, 2026. Preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Dr. Warren W. Hunt; sister Helen Graf, and brothers William Robertson, James Robertson, Joseph (Edward) Robertson, Dennis Robertson, Kenneth Robertson, and Keith Robertson. She will be remembered by her children: Anne Hunt, Melany Hunt (Bruce Drolen), David Hunt, Margaret "Marnie" Hunt (Doug Huisken); grandchildren: Claire and Madelyn Drolen, Matthew and Margaret "Maggie" Huisken, and Benjamin "Ben" and Eva Hunt; brothers- and sisters-in-law: Claudia Danneker, Sharon and Joe Reid, Diane Thibodeau, Mary Noelle and Larry Mastel, Rosalie and Walter Wescott, Herb Hunt, Shirley Hunt, and Martha Robertson; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Peg was raised in Argyle, Minnesota where she graduated in 1951 from Argyle High School. Her interest in service took her to the College of Saint Catherine where she graduated in nursing in 1954. In 1959, Peg and Warren were married in Argyle. While raising her children became her primary focus, Peg never lost her passion for nursing. She returned to the profession working night shifts at St. Joseph's Hospital in Saint Paul. After retirement, she sharpened her skills at golf, bridge and cooking, and enjoyed winters in Arizona. She celebrated being a grandmother and welcomed opportunities to babysit and to nurse sick grandchildren. In recent years, Peg suffered from Alzheimer's Disease and found support, fun and comfort in the community of residents and staff at Villas of Lilydale and Lilydale Senior Living. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, January 10, 2026, Church of the Assumption (51 W. Seventh St., Saint Paul) at 11 am with a 10 am visitation preceding.
