I am in shock. I have known Lynn for ever. I too had a Saddlebred, and a couple other horse. Met her at Alpine Farms. Always smiling and laughing. Rest in peace. Blessings to her family.

I enjoyed seeing her post of all her beautiful animal drawings. But I will always remember Lynn as my Hair Model for the VICA Competition in Minneapolis, won first place there and then we went to Miami Beach Florida. What fun we had in Miami Beach Florida. Lots of stories could be told of that week. She will be missed. Prayers for the family as you navigate all the process of mourning and healing. LuAnn Hedin
Found an old photo from the VICA gathering, with all the Red Coats. There is Lynn in the front row, we were in Miami Beach, Florida. I had more photos, but they are long gone. Still have the photo memories. Dancing, at the beach, at the competition.

I want to let all Saddlebred friends know of Lynn Liljeblad passing. I knew her back in the 70's and worked with her grooming and caring for Saddlebreds. And we continued our friendship up to the present time. May she be riding her horse Sunny in horse heaven and see her dog Lilly. I will miss you my good friend always. Kathy Wright - 2/25/2025

Plant a tree: How does it work

When your purchase is complete, a post will be made on the tribute wall of the deceased signifying the planting of a memorial tree.

An official certificate recognizing your purchase will be included with your email receipt. You can then forward the email to the family or print it and give it to them personally.

After an order is placed, our forestry partners will plant the tree in the area of greatest need (nearest the funeral home), according to the planting schedule for the year.

Due to seasonal conditions, the tree planting takes place during the spring and summer.

Tree Planting Timeline

Orders placed in:

January - May

Planting will take place in Spring or Summer of the same year.

June - December

Planting will take place in Spring of the following year.
