Woodbury - Duethman, Lillian "Lil" Marie Vermie Age 97, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, and service. Born August 21, 1927, in Terril, Iowa, Lil dedicated her life to education, working as a special education teacher after earning her bachelor's and master's degrees. She married Raymond "Ray" Duethman in 1948, and together they raised four children and built a life full of love, family traditions, and travel. A devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Lil was also an active member of Saint Rose of Lima and Saint Ambrose Catholic Churches and a talented seamstress whose quilts are cherished by many. Lil is preceded in death by her husband Ray and children Michael, Nancy Jo, and Stephen. She is survived by her son Jim, seven grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Her warmth and quiet strength will be dearly missed. Funeral Services Monday April 21, 11:00 am at the Roselawn Cemetery Chapel, 803 Larpenteur Ave., Roseville, with visitation one hour prior. Interment Roselawn Cemetery. Roseville Memorial Chapel 651-631-2727
