Mattson, LeRoy T. Age 75 of Minneapolis, died March 16, 2025. He was born in Virginia, MN on April 29, 1949. He grew up in Hibbing and graduated from Hibbing High School and Hibbing Junior College, then transferred to the University of Minnesota Institute of Technology (IT), now College of Science and Engineering (CS&E) where he received his technical degree before joining Medtronic, where he then worked for 37 years. LeRoy is survived by his brother, Ronald (Mary); nephews, Scott (Jon Agar) and Brian (Teri). Preceded in death by parents, Walfrid and Hilma (Sarppo).
