O'Toole, Lawrence George 75, With profound sadness the family of Lawrence O'Toole announce his passing on May 15, 2022, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Larry will forever be remembered by his children, Terry, Sean, Chris, and Megan O'Toole; siblings, Brian (Debbie) O'Toole, James (Lynn) O'Toole and Katie (Chris) Hall along with loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Joanne O'Toole and parents George and Irene O'Toole. Larry was a West Point US Military Academy graduate ('68) and a Vietnam Veteran. He spent his career working as a Defense Systems Engineer. He loved reading sci fi and fantasy, slaying dragons while playing endless hours of Guild Wars and keeping up on the latest Harry Potter or Game of Thrones news. Larry had an amazing sense of humor and a twinkle in his eye. His quick wit and sarcastic humor will be greatly missed. Outdoor Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, June 4th at Hidden Valley Park Pavilion (West side), 8800 32nd Ave N, New Hope, MN 55428 from 11am - 3pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Animal Humane Society.
