Blaine - Age, 73, of Blaine, passed away on November 26, 2025. Noreen was born on April 25, 1952, in St. Paul, Minnesota, the daughter of Clifford and Vivian Dawe. She grew up in White Bear Lake and graduated from White Bear Lake High School in 1970.

Noreen began her career at UNIVAC computer corporation, where she met the love of her life, Harvey Minet. The two were married on August 23, 1975, and made their home together in Blaine. When she learned she was expecting their first child, Noreen stepped away from the corporate world to devote herself fully to motherhood, a role she embraced wholeheartedly.

Noreen had a true caretaker's heart. She put others first, always willing to lend a hand, offer support, or simply be present for those who needed her. She was strong, humble, and selfless in every sense. She adored being a grandmother (she loved being called Nana) and took great joy in spoiling her grandchildren, teaching them arts and crafts, encouraging them to love others generously, and never letting a school year begin without a fresh pair of shoes. She was also the devoted caregiver to her youngest daughter, Stephanie, after being diagnosed with epilepsy and a brain injury at age 7. (LGS)

Her hobbies reflected her creative and nurturing spirit. She enjoyed shopping, cooking, baking, especially her beloved Christmas cookies. An annual event was having the kids decorate cutout cookies with frosting and sprinkles for Christmas. This tradition was passed on to the grandkids too. She enjoyed hosting friends and family and expressing her artistic side through painting ceramic/plaster figures and crocheting.

Noreen is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Harvey; children, Tony, Sara (Dan) Rosas, and Stephanie; grandchildren, Mallory, Ashlyn, and Arabella Minet, and Ryan and Nolan Rosas; siblings, Bill (Cindy) Dawe, Mike Dawe, and Eric (Kim) Lindberg; in-laws, Margaret Minet, Barb Bonn, and Shirley (David) Buelow; along with many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Clifford; her mother, Vivian (Richard) Lindberg; her brother, Pat Dawe and in-law Rodney Minet.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, December 13, 2025, with visitation one hour prior, at KOZLAK RADULOVICH BLAINE CHAPEL (1385 107th Ave NE).
