Nokomis,FL, FL - With heavy hearts, the family of Karen Beth Donovan announces her passing on August 16, 2025, in Nokomis, FL, at the age of 62. Born January 11, 1963, in Minneapolis, Karen lived a life of love, kindness, and devotion. A cherished wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, she found her greatest joy in her family—her husband Kevin, children Ryan and Jayme, and beloved granddaughter Lenley.

Karen's happiest moments were spent surrounded by loved ones at family dinners, movie nights, and cabin weekends, often with a camera in hand to preserve each memory. She carried a deep love of history, traditions, and family stories, leaving a legacy rooted in compassion, generosity, and togetherness. She is survived by her husband Kevin, children Ryan and Jayme, granddaughter Lenley, mother Diane Kaehler, and sisters Kelley Nordvik and Tricia Maus. She will be forever remembered and deeply missed by all who knew her. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, September 6, from 1-6 p.m. at Bloomington Event Center, 1114 American Blvd W., Bloomington, MN 55420.
