Minneapolis, Mn - With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of Kameron Rashawn Dunn, who left this world far too soon on September 20,2025, at the age of 28.

Kameron was a devoted and loving father whose greatest joy was his son, Kameron Rashawn Dunn, Jr. His heart overflowed with pride and tenderness for his family, and his warmth, laughter, and loyalty touched everyone who knew him.

A gifted lyricist, Kameron had an extraordinary talent for capturing emotion and truth in his words. His music and writing reflected his creativity, passion, and authenticity—gifts he shared generously with friends and loved ones. Outside of his artistry, he found joy in sports and cooking, where his competitive spirit and love for bringing people together shone brightest.

He is survived by his partner, Amber T. Lais; his beloved son, Kameron Rashawn Dunn Jr (KJ); his parents, Jennifer Rae Behl and Mathis L. Dunn III; his brothers, Darrion J Dunn, Devon M Vandeneykel; Grandparents, Linda Behl, Richard Behl, Danielle Davis, Gary Webster and many nieces, a nephew, cousins, aunts, uncles, and dear friends who will carry his memory forward with love.

Though his time with us was far too short, Kameron's light will continue to shine through his son, and the countless lives he touched.

A celebration of Kameron's life will be held on Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 11am at The Cremation Society, 4343 Nicollet Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55409 Visitation to be held at 10:00am before service.
