Mrs Judith Ann Secord (Judy) Obituary
Minneapolis, Minnesota - Our beloved mother Judith Ann Secord, 84, of Crystal, MN, peacefully went to be with Jesus on April 4, 2025. Judy loved the Lord and will be deeply missed by the many whose lives she influenced as she mentored them in sewing, tailoring, and dry cleaning. Because of her leadership with the Salvation Army Sunbeams and Junior Soldiers, as well as numerous AWANA clubs, she had a lasting impact on the lives of many children. Judy loved being with people and sharing with them the transforming love of Jesus Christ.
She is preceded in death by her first husband Reg, her longtime husband Jerry, son Steven and daughter Debra, her parents, and seven of her siblings. Judy is survived by children Wendy (Chatru) Mohinani, Dawn Machovsky, Edmund Secord, and Jodie Houfburg, many nieces and nephews, 13 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, her sister Phyllis Sandoz, and sisters-in-law Sherii Swanson Secord, Jo Birdie Falcone.
A memorial to celebrate Judy's life will be held Saturday, April 26, 2025, at 3:00pm.
