Brooklyn Center, MN - Olsen, Joy. Age 82 of Brooklyn Center, MN passed away on January 11, 2026. Preceded in death by her parents, Glen and Lovina, her brother Terry, husband David, grandson Alek, and daughter-in-law Char. Her kind and loving nature will be missed by her sons Erik (Eileen), Mark, Chad (Amber), sister Bonnie (Larry), and many loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was a Teacher all her life with most of her career at Monroe Elementary. A Celebration of Joy's Life will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at Lutheran Church of the Master (1200 69th Ave N Brooklyn Center, MN 55430) at 2 PM with visitation one hour prior. A reception will follow.
