John S. Zignego Obituary
Zignego, John S. of Red Wing, died March 13, 2025. He was born in Red Wing on June 6, 1948, the son of Willis Zignego and Dolores Kuharski. He graduated from Red Wing High School in 1966 and Carleton College, graduating as a Phi Beta Kappa member in 1970. John received a J.D. from Stanford University Law School in California in 1973. John is survived by his sister, Julie Zignego; two nieces, Felicity (Michael) Mrnak and Emelia Stiverson; one nephew, Miles Stiverson; and a grandniece, Indigo Dolores Mrnak. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Susan Zignego and Cynthia Zignego Stiverson. Mass of Resurrection will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at the Church of St. Joseph, 435 West 7th St., Red Wing. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.
