San Ramon, Costa Rica - Semmer, John Michael of San Ramon, Costa Rica. John was born December 28, 1953, in Bryn Mawr, Minneapolis and passed on August 19, 2025, at the age of 71. He was preceded in death by his father, William; mother, Mary; first wife, Carolyn; and second wife, Lynn Taplin. He is survived by his son, Adrick; brother, Steve (Colleen); niece, Kirsten (Andrew Maxwell); nephew, Eric (Madison Krings); grandnephew, Vincent. John attended Minneapolis West High and studied business at the U of M. He started his career at General Mills, formed Technology Exchange and finished his career in sales at Luther Infinity. A celebration of life will be planned in the future.
