Prior Lake - Age 77, of Prior Lake, died September 5, 2025.
JoAnne was born December 4, 1947, in Fairmont, Minnesota, to Amby and Leola (Cogdal) Meyer. After graduating from Fairmont High School in 1965, JoAnne moved to the Twin Cities, working for Honeywell in the aerospace program. In 1966, she married Bob Goldnick, with whom she had three children, Robert, Jennifer and Jessica.

She found joy in hosting family gatherings, listening to music, traveling (especially to California), and spending time with her best friend, Gail Theiringer. JoAnne was a true beauty, and loved babysitting her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; siblings Jan Barnes, Judy Hahn, Jean Hansen, Joyce Maschoff, and James, Jeffrey and John Meyer; and longtime partner, Tom Hansing.
She is survived by her son, Robert Goldnick (Marci Schmitt) of Minneapolis; her daughters Jennifer (Kevin) Ness of Savage and Jessica Brooks of Maple Grove; grandchildren Emily Weiderman of Hudson, Wis., and Justin (Jessica) Goldnick of West Bend, Wis.; step-grandson Ethan Ness of New Hope; great-grandsons Maverick Christiansen and Landon Goldnick; former husband, Bob Goldnick of Richfield; many other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. September 25 at Pax Christi Catholic Church, 12100 Pioneer Trail, Eden Prairie, with visitation at 10 a.m. and a luncheon to follow. Interment at Dawn Valley Memorial Park, Bloomington.
