Coon Rapids - Age 93, of Coon Rapids, Minnesota, passed away peacefully on July 11, 2026 with her family by her side. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Donald; her son, Timothy; two infant daughters; her parents, Albert and Vernice Toulouse; brothers, Lowell and Gerald "Pony" Toulouse; and dear friends, Marv and Judy Wolf. Joanne's memory will be cherished by her surviving children, Steven (Donna) Anda, James Anda (Karen Stanley), and Dawna (Scott) Stewart; grandchildren, Kristina (Cory) Billig, Grant Anda, Cory (Stephanie) Anda, Danielle and Ami Stewart, Meghan (Mark) Chapman, and Marissa Stanley; and great-grandchildren, Blakely, Bentley, Rowan, and Wren; and sister, Diane Braaten. Joanne retired from Northwestern Bell in 1984 after over 30 years of service. She enjoyed family time, conversation, playing cards, and working puzzles. Her smile and laughter will be missed.
