Jennifer G Anderson

Age 69, of New York City, passed away November 29, 2020. Preceded in death by parents Sigvard and Pauline Anderson, and former husband, Charles Colony. Jennifer was born in Minnesota and graduated Spring Lake Park High School. She then pursued an MFA in Drama: Costume Design from the University of California, Irvine. In 1997, she moved to New York City to become an original cast member for The Lion King on Broadway as a wardrobe assistant. Throughout her career, she channeled her passion for costume design into theater, television, and film productions. She believed "that stimulation of the human consciousness through the creative arts is vital to the soul." She was a loving mother to four children and inspired creativity and ingenuity within them. Her lifelong relationship with her sister was a cherished source of meaning and laughter. Survived by daughter, Dhyana Colony; sons, Al Colony, Caspian Anderson and Travis Anderson; sister, Paula Graham.
