Plymouth, MN - Jeanne Y Armour, age 95, of Minneapolis went to be with her Lord and Savior on June 20, 2025, passing away due to heart failure. Preceding her in death are her husband James B Armour and grandson, Alexander (AJ) Armour and siblings John Spilane, Michael Spilane, Jackie Eggman and Patti Johnson. She is survived by her children, Cindy Armour, James (Jinny) Armour, Pat Armour, Mike (Valerie) Armour and Sue (Lee) Guy, grandchildren Jesse and Chris Larson, Dustin Armour, Declan and Isabella Armour and great grandchildren and sisters Diane and Kathleen. Also of note are special friends Emmet Stark and Troy McDonald. Jeanne was the daughter of Jack and Lorraine Spilane and grew up in North Minneapolis, graduating in 1948 from Patrick Henry HS. She raised dogs and won many championships in Obedience and Confirmation with her Standard Poodles and Scottish Terriers. Much of her time with family in summers was spent at the family cabin on Big Lake. Jeanne lived at Amira Choice in her final year and a half and loved it. Special thanks to the resident friends and staff who meant so much to her! Celebration of Life service to honor the life of Jeanne will be held on July 9th at Fourth Baptist Church in Plymouth.
