Edina, MN - Jay Rolston Addy (b. 1942) of Edina died on Wednesday, December 3, 2025 at his home. Jay graduated from Augsburg University and received an MBA from Northern European Management Institute in Oslo, Norway. After returning to the United States Jay worked for many years at Fairview Healthcare in various financial roles and retired from Minnesota Healthcare Network as the CFO. Jay was a lifetime grandmaster in Bridge, loved making and tasting wine, University of Minnesota football, skiing, and helped test rose varieties. He is survived by his wife of 54 years Karin and his sons Erik (wife Amy, daughter Elsa, son Gunnar) and Rolf (wife Min, daughters Mulan and Ingrid). Per his wishes, there will not be a memorial service. May he rest in peace.
