Janet Biggs Obituary

Plymouth - Biggs, Janet (Vivian) age 84, of Plymouth, died in her home on July 8, 2025 surrounded by her family. She was born December 12, 1940 in wartime London. She worked as a staff and charge nurse after studying at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital and Charing Cross Hospital, both in London, England. A beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, she is survived by her husband, Leonard Biggs; children, Jennifer and Robert (Christina) Biggs; grandchildren Ty and Evan Miller, and Gabriel, Sebastian, and Liliana Biggs; siblings, Susan (Richard) Roberts, Margaret Medlock, and Richard (Melva) Vivian; and many friends. Her steadfast kindness and support will be greatly missed by all who knew her. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 1pm on August 18th at Valley Community Presbyterian Church, 3100 Lilac Drive N, Golden Valley, MN 55422 (livestream at valleychurch.net. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to PRISM (prismmpls.org) or the American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org).
