Palm Coast, Florida - Jim passed peacefully to be with his Lord on May 17, 2025. He was born on Nov. 22, 1941 to Edward and Marcella Ring of Hopkins, MN. Jim had three great loves; he loved his Lord, his family, and his country! Jim was a loving husband to Linda of 54 years, and great father to 4 children; Creighton (Carrie), Jennifer Elwinger (Jarrod), Brian and James Jr. (Cici). Blessed with 7 grandchildren Lauren, Leah, Julia, Beckham, Kathryn, Jackson, and Westley. Surviving siblings Roger, Daniel, Marlene Sebastian, Mark, Edward and David. A graduate of Benild HS, MN, graduate of Marquette Univ, Wis, DMG 1st Lt. US Army. Careers: Pratt Whitney, FL., Sr. VP for HR of Control Data MN., Sr. VP for HR of Coulter Corp. Miami. Board member of BCBS of MN. Jim loved the great outdoors. He loved God's Word, and Bible studies. We are confident that the LORD has welcomed him saying, "Well done good and faithful servant."
