St. Paul - Zimmerman, Jacqueline "Jacque" LaVonne Age 78 of Saint Paul. It is with deep sorrow that we announce that Jacqueline "Jacque" LaVonne Zimmerman, born 7/30/46, passed away on 6/15/25. Born at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, MN. She retired from Bethany Convent in 2011 after serving the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet as a CNA and subsequently ran their Beauty Shop. She attended Holy Spirit Elementary grade school & graduated from Our Lady of Peace high school in 1964. After which, she attended Oliver Thienes Cosmetology school. Predeceased by her parents Gordon & Dorcas Mertz. Survived by her children Jon Zimmerman (Anna) & Karen Zimmerman (grandchildren Jon Morris and Austin Marie), Sister, Mary Jane Wirges & brother Thomas Mertz (Peggy) & a large extended family. She will be remembered for her sense of humor, generosity, compassion for others, haircuts, and love of music & ballroom dancing.
