Irene Alice Semadeni Larson Obituary

Plymouth/Layton, UT - formerly of Plymouth, Minnesota, passed away on August 27, 2025, in Layton, Utah following a brief illness. She was born October 13, 1936, in Cedar Point, Utah. She married Alan William Larson on December 19, 1958. Alan's employment brought them to Minneapolis, where they spent 48 years raising their family of five girls. Four years after Alan's passing, she relocated back to southern Utah.

Irene was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She is survived by her five daughters and their spouses: Roxanne Williams, Valerie Anderson, Vivianne Schoenecke, Adele Winkleman, and Margo Blair; 17 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. She is survived by a sister, Dahlia, and brother, Lorenzo (Hank), as well as a brother-in-law, David. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Alan, and 5 siblings. The memorial service will be at the Washburn-McReavy Funeral Chapel in Edina, Minnesota on Friday, September 26th at 10:30 am. A viewing will be held beforehand at 9:30 am. Interment will be in the Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
