Eden Prairie, MN - Ilene K. McCluskey of Eden Prairie, MN passed away on Saturday, April 11th at age 88. Born in February 1938 in Frazee, MN, she graduated from Frazee High School and later earned her Business Administration/Accounting degree from Minneapolis Business College. Ilene worked in the accounting department at Control Data, and at United Health Care. She enjoyed connecting with friends and family, loved watching her grandchildren dance and play hockey, and spent her later years making dresses for children in Africa with Dresses for Africa. Ilene was actively involved in Immanuel Lutheran Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jay, of 59 years, her parents David and Mertle Aljoe, her brother David Aljoe and her sisters Loretta Ford and Betty Hensel. Survivors include her son Mark McCluskey and daughter-in-law Alyssa McCluskey, daughter Molly Rucker, and grandchildren Mackenzie, Dylan, Jameson, and Carter.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 16515 Luther Way, Eden Prairie, Minnesota, on Monday, April 27 at 11:00 AM; visitation begins at 10:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ilene's honor to Immanuel Lutheran Church in Eden Prairie, MN.
