Columbia Heights - With great sadness we would like to announce the passing of Hildegard Czichray, age 90, of Columbia Heights, in her home on October 30, 2025. Preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Andrew; parents, Hermann & Frieda; brother, Paul; brother-in-law, Kirylo & sister-in-law, Zita. Survived by sons, John (Theresa), Michael (Patty) and beloved granddaughter Reese; sister-in-law, Margarete; nieces and nephews throughout the United States, Germany and Ukraine. Blessed by the lives of Aaron, Patty, Kyle, Anna, Joseph, Emily, Paige & Joey and countless friends throughout the years. Special thank you to David of Wheat Grain Ministries and the staff of Superior Hospice. Requiem Divine Liturgy at ST. CONSTANTINE UKRAINIAN CATHOLIC CHURCH (515 University Ave NE) on Saturday, November 8th, 2025 at 11AM, with visitation one hour prior. Interment at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery.
