St. Louis Park - Leder, Gwyneth "Gwyn" Age 71, born Troy, New York, passed away peacefully on June 16, 2025, with her loving husband, Lenny, and her cherished cat, Keiko, and loved dog, Scruffy by her side. She suffered from long-COVID and fought bravely and valiantly to continue an active life despite her illness. Gwyn and Lenny were married on August 31st, 2008 at Bnai Emet Synagogue in St Louis Park, MN. Gwyn and Lenny loved to go out for coffee on the weekend, engage in International folk dancing, and travel. Gwyn graduated from Metropolitan State University, Inver Grove Heights Technical College. She worked for many years as a paralegal and later, worked for Northeast Contemporary Services leading classes for brain compromised adults. She loved the students and they in turn, loved her. She was a board member of the Brain Injury Alliance for 6 years and on the board of the Mayim Rabim Congregation. She is survived by her devoted husband, Lenny Garber, step son Jacob Garber (Andrea Carfourek), brother, Rick Leder (Cherrill Spencer), sister, Jackie Leder (Stephen Macek), nieces and nephews Aleeza Leder Macek, Chevy Leder Macek, and Sierra Leder and many cousins. Preceded in death by her parents, William and Geraldine Leder. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, June 19th, 10AM at Adath Jeshurun Synagogue, 10500 Hillside Lane West, Minnetonka, MN with interment to follow. Shiva Thursday 6/19, Sunday, 6/22, Monday, 6/23 and Tuesday, 6/24 all at 7pm at Adath Jeshurun Synagogue.
