peacefully on June 17, 2025.
Born November 18, 1927
in Kensing-ton,
MN,
daughter of
Elmer and Ruth Bjorklund. Preceded in death by husband, Spencer; son David; brother Earl, WWIl; sisters Virginia Fadden and Elaine Peter-son. Survived by daughter Jan (Larry) Wydra of Plymouth, MN; granddaughters Teagan and Tess; son Todd (Karen) of Shorewood, MN;
grandchildren Charley and Emily; son William (Patti) of St John's, FL; grandsons Christian and Luke.
Gloria really loved life, was even tempered and good humored.
Enjoyed traveling, playing harp and ukulele, music, watching golf, cook-ing, skiing and just being with family and friends. She experienced a summer working at Yellowstone as did subsequently, her daughter and granddaughter. Husband Spencer also worked a summer at a
National Park, Glacier. Member Mount Olivet Church, AAUW, U of MN Arboretum volunteer. She was a great, fun mom with a gentle soul.
We'll miss her dearly. Funeral service yet to be determined.
